I.  The hearing factor: vs. 11

A.      There will always be more for us to learn

B.      It will take extra effort at times to hear/learn these things

II.  The time factor: vs. 12

A.      Is it past time to be a teaching student? Eph. 4:11, 12; Rom. 15:14; Col. 3:16

B.      Are you trapped in first grade because of lazy hearing?

III.  The spiritual diet factor: vs. 12, 13

A.      The milk diet (should be temporary)

B.      The meat diet (is for the rest of our life)

IV.   The exercise factor: vs. 14

A.      The diet is no good without exercise (training)

B.      The exercise is evident when we make Biblical right choices
