Grace Baptist Bible College is a training ground for future pastors and workers of the church’s ministries. It has a theme “Equipping the called”. It has a vision of producing godly competent ministers, leaders and workers that would establish strong churches help people in their moral and spiritual recovery, make a dynamic impact to the Christian community, help in nation building, and ultimately become Christian ambassadors to other countries.

The mission of this institution is to provide effective spiritual training to the youth through a Biblically-values-based education, character-building subjects integrated into the curriculum and to provide academic excellences in order to produce quality graduates that would become assets to the Christian community and our country. GBBC started as an institution few years after the founding of Grace Baptist Church. The first graduates graduated in the year 1987 and produced 80 graduates until 2017. Some alumnus became Christ ambassadors around the world; in  Indonesia, Taiwan, and Thailand and in many parts locally in the province of Samar and Leyte.
